Christopher Ridgeway, CEO


Christopher Ridgeway is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of STONE Clinical Laboratories. In his 20 years of professional practice, Christopher has held leadership roles in both Sales and Sales Management in the medical device industry, developing a specialized knowledge he used to establish a medical services-based company before joining a pharmacogenetic laboratory as General Manager.

Christopher’s commitment to bringing “boutique” provider/patient service, streamlining testing, improving the efficiency of molecular diagnostics, reducing patient and managed care cost, and increasing overall access to diagnostics and quality of patient care, motivated him to found STONE Clinical Laboratories in 2016. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Mississippi and has studied International Business Management in Innsbruck, Austria via the University of New Orleans. He is an active member of YPO Louisiana, through which he completed YPO’s Healthcare Leadership Academy at Columbia University.

Blair Barbier, CFO


Mr. Barbier has been working in the Diagnostic and Medical Laboratories industry for five years, and specifically with SCL for two years.  As the CFO of SCL, he reports to the CEO.  In this capacity, he is responsible for managing and overseeing the laboratory’s financial performance, acting as the strategic business partner to the executive team and department leaders, providing strategy with regard to long and short term growth objectives, and communicating with partners, investors, and 3rd party affiliates.

Brad Esarey, CCO


Brad’s extensive experience includes executive positions with Andrx Pharmaceuticals as well as Schering Plough Pharmaceuticals. Brad also served as Vice President of PGXL Laboratories for 11 years. He built the commercial operations for PGXL, the first CLIA certified laboratory to offer pharmacogenetic testing. Brad received his undergraduate degree from the University of Louisville. He is an accomplished youth football coach and an active community volunteer.

Marshal Thompson, CTO


Marshal brings over 25 years of experience in the IT industry. The past 10 years he has specialized in oversight and implementation of 400+ comprehensive practice management, acute care management and laboratory management systems. Marshal holds several industry specific certifications focused in the implementation and management of network infrastructure; to include a formal recognition from the National Security Agency (NSA) and the Committee on National Security Systems (CNSS) for network security.
