Christopher Ridgeway is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Stone Clinical Laboratories. In his 20 years of professional practice, Christopher has held leadership roles in both Sales and Sales Management in the medical device industry, developing a specialized knowledge he used to establish a medical services-based company before joining a pharmacogenetic laboratory as General Manager.
Christopher’s commitment to bringing “boutique” provider/patient service, streamlining testing, improving the efficiency of molecular diagnostics, reducing patient and managed care cost, and increasing overall access to diagnostics and quality of patient care, motivated him to found Stone Clinical Laboratories in 2016. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Mississippi and has studied International Business Management in Innsbruck, Austria via the University of New Orleans. He is an active member of YPO Louisiana, through which he completed YPO’s Healthcare Leadership Academy at Columbia University.
Blair brings over 10 years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer to Stone Clinical Laboratories after serving as the financial officer for multiple service firms within the Oil and Gas industry. His areas of expertise include Financial and Risk Management and Operational Controls. He graduated from Louisiana State University with a degree in Finance and is well known for his athletic accomplishments during his tenure at LSU.
Brad’s extensive experience includes executive positions with Andrx Pharmaceuticals as well as Schering Plough Pharmaceuticals. Brad also served as Vice President of PGXL Laboratories for 11 years. He built the commercial operations for PGXL, the first CLIA certified laboratory to offer pharmacogenetic testing. Brad received his undergraduate degree from the University of Louisville. He is an accomplished youth football coach and an active community volunteer.
Marshal brings over 25 years of experience in the IT industry. The past 10 years he has specialized in oversight and implementation of 400+ comprehensive practice management, acute care management and laboratory management systems. Marshal holds several industry specific certifications focused in the implementation and management of network infrastructure; to include a formal recognition from the National Security Agency (NSA) and the Committee on National Security Systems (CNSS) for network security.
Michael brings over 20 years of managed care experience to Stone Clinical Laboratories. Michael began his career at Daiichi Sankyo and gained valuable experience working in the New England market. Michael’s extensive experience includes senior management positions in the managed care space with Cephalon Pharmaceuticals, PGx Health, Metamark Genetics, Courtagen Life Sciences and Good Start Genetics. Michael received his undergraduate degree from the Northern Illinois University. Michael is heavily involved in his daughter’s schools and volunteers as a cross country and track coach in Chicago.
Missy has been working in the Diagnostic and Medical industry for over 18 years. Previously in senior management roles, Missy led the direct sales team and developed channel sales and business development for CardioDx, a pioneer company in cardiovascular genomics. She has extensive experience in developing direct and indirect commercial sales teams for start-up industries. Prior to CardioDx, Missy worked at GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals in sales and sales management. Missy received a Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders with a minor in Mathematics from Louisiana State University.
