Christopher Ridgeway, CEO
Christopher began his career in medical devices and implants, holding leadership roles in both Sales and Sales Management and winning several national sales awards along the way. He parlayed his industry knowledge and experience into his own firm, Stone Surgical, before joining a major toxicology and genetics lab as General Manager. Seeing a need in the market for a boutique laboratory with a full clinical offering, Christopher opened Stone Clinical Laboratories in his hometown of New Orleans in 2015.
He is a graduate of the University of Mississippi and also studied in Innsbruck, Austria. Christopher and his family reside in New Orleans.

Blair Barbier, CFO
Blair brings over 10 years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer to Stone Clinical Laboratories after serving as the financial officer for multiple service firms within the Oil and Gas industry. His areas of expertise include Financial and Risk Management and Operational Controls. He graduated from LSU with a degree in Finance and is well known for his athletic accomplishments during his tenure at LSU.

Brad Ersay, CCO
Brad’s extensive experience includes executive positions with Andrx Pharmaceuticals as well as Schering Plough Pharmaceuticals. Brad also served as Vice President of PGXL Laboratories for 11 years. He built the commercial operations for PGXL, the first CLIA certified laboratory to offer pharmacogentic testing. Brad received his undergraduate degree from the University of Louisville.
He is an accomplished youth football coach and an active community volunteer.

Bernadette M. Mandes-Wildemore, MD, Director of Genomics
Bernadette, affectionately known as Dr. B, began her professional career at PCG Molecular in Dahlonega, GA. Prior to PGG Molecular, Dr. B has completed fellowships at Dana Farber Cancer Institute and Harvard Medical School/Brigham Women’s Health in Boston, MA. She completed medical school at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA where she went on to complete her residency in the Department of Pathology at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. Her undergraduate degree in Biology is from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ. Dr.B has authored over 20 peer reviewed publications and presented nationally and internationally at over 20 different conferences. Dr. B is a member of the American Society for Clinical Pathology, American Society of Microbiology, Association for Molecular Pathology, and the College of American Pathologists.

Tiffany Montgomery, MPH, MB (ASCP)
Director of Clinical and Medical Operations
Tiffany began her professional career at Vanderbilt University Medical Center working in immunology and infectious disease. She has gone on to work in senior for Foundation Medicine in Cambridge, MA and PCG Molecular in the Metro Atlanta Area. She completed her Master of Public Health at Wright State University in Dayton, OH with a concentration in Infectious Disease and Epidemiology and her undergraduate degree in Biology is from Tuskegee University in Tuskegee, AL. Tiffany is a member of the American Society for Clinical Pathology, Association for Molecular Pathology, and the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
